WTF is OTG?
Open Terrain Generator is an advanced world generator for both Forge and Spigot. Through various configuration files it gives the user control over almost every aspect of Minecraft terrain generation, with no knowledge of Java required.

Whether you are a player, a server owner or want to create your own unique world generation, OTG grants you ultimate control over your Minecraft terrain and the objects, mobs and structures which populate it.
Existing World Packs & Other Resources
OTG is a fork of Terrain Control and retains compatibility with its world packs, objects and structure files as well as providing lots of new functionality. A list of all freely downloadable content is available here.
